Take Care of Your Body in Winter Season

It is now the time for your skin to dry and become lifeless!!! Whatever it is, whether your lips, skin, hands of toe, it is very important to take care of each and every part in your body during winter season. The following article gives you some tips for taking care of your body parts.

For Lips: In winter days, your lips will become dry than in usual days. So, everyone licks their lips when they feel their lips dry. But, this is incorrect as licking the lips makes the lips to dry further and finally the lips cracks. So, it is better to carry lip balms in your wallets and apply the lip balm when you really need it (i.e., when your lips get dry).

For Skin: Skin is the most sensible part of your body and so in winter season, you have to take care of your smooth and soft skin. It is better if you apply good moisturizer that is rich in vitamin A and E. Also, to get rid of sunburns in winter season, apply sunscreen lotion with SPF before 15 minutes when you are going out in order to make the skin to absorb it. Also, it is important to keep your skin hydrated in winter seasons even and so better to drink plenty of water daily. Use exfoliators to get rid of the dead cells on the skin during winter season. Some of the recommended exfoliators are Apricot exfoliators, Lavender exfoliators, Honey exfoliators and Aloe Vera exfoliators.

For Hair: Unless in summer days, it is of course a must to take care of hair as the hair damages more in winter season. So, the best suggestion is to use Almond oil or coconut oil from roots to the tip of the hair. Also, hair massage refines your hair and makes it smooth and soft. Hair massage also increases strength of your hair when the oil is applied from the scalp to the tip through out the length of the hair.

For Hands: The best way to get soft and glowing skin is to apply crushed almonds mixed with honey on your hands. Some of the best ways to take care of your hands in winter season are: Exfoliate hands, moisturize them, washing very often and treating cuts and wounds quickly. Use scrub and massage your hands as your hands become dry and dark in winter season very often.

Treatment for cracked heels: soak your legs in warm water for about 10 minutes and apply apricot cream on your heels and leave it for the night by wearing socks (cotton).
